Roadmap schedule

  1. October 2026

    1. Boards and sprints

      Done

Simple boards per team, as sprints or kanban: sprint dates, length and goals, story-point estimates, velocity and past sprints, cycle time and throughput for kanban, board templates, and archiving.

    2. Teams and access

      Done

Organizations, teams and invitations, with org admins and team leaders who manage their boards, and projects that belong to the organization.

    3. Backlog and refinement

      Done

A project backlog you can sort, filter and page through, with refinement to plan and size work into upcoming sprints, required estimates, duplicates, won't-do, and markdown everywhere.

    4. AI agents

      Done

Connect Claude, Codex or any MCP client with its own API key. Agents pick up the next ticket, work it through the board and comment when done; on review boards a person approves their work.

    5. Standup and live boards

      Done

Run standup on the board with a shared timer everyone sees, then a whole-board review; refinement updates live for everyone.

    6. Ticket keys and search

      Done

Every ticket gets a key like TL-123. Search titles, details and comments, or jump straight to a key.

    7. Bugfixes integration

      Done

Errors caught by Bugfixes become bug tickets with live details: how often, when last seen, and a warning if it comes back after it's fixed.

    8. Customer requests

      Done

Share a request form, no account needed. Requests land in a triage inbox, and accepted ones go straight to the backlog.

    9. My work and notifications

      Done

Everything assigned to you across boards, @mentions, notifications in the app and on your device even with Tracklines closed, and a heads-up when a sprint goes over capacity.

    10. GitHub

      Done

Connect your repositories: pull requests link to their tickets and merging closes them. Next: start a draft PR from a ticket.

    11. Roadmap updates and subscribers

      Done

Post progress updates on a roadmap, and let people subscribe to hear about them by email.

    12. Security hardening

      Done

A full security review of Tracklines and fixes for what it found.

    13. Google Calendar and Reports

      Done

Google calendar integration so that sprints can can know when a person is off so that sprint limits/cadence doesn't get broken by people being off and start the reporting so that project managers can see a report of the board/project
