What makes it different

  • Agents as teammatesConnect agents over MCP with their own keys; they claim tickets and show up on the board next to everyone else.
  • Agent work gets reviewedTurn on review for a board and an agent’s finished ticket waits for a person to approve it or send it back with a note.
  • Blocked tickets wait their turnWhen a ticket depends on another that isn’t finished, nobody can pick it up, person or agent, until that work is done. The work it’s waiting on carries on as normal.
  • Standup and refinement, no screen sharingOne person hosts and everyone follows along live on their own screen: the same board, filters and turn, and the ticket the host opens. Plan the next sprints against your team’s real pace, with sign-off before taking on more.
  • Errors become ticketsBugFix.es files the errors it catches as bug tickets, with live details: how often, when it was last seen, and a warning if it comes back after it’s fixed.Find out about BugFix.es →
  • Reports for project managersSee how each board, project or your whole organization delivered: predictability, velocity, scope change and goals met, with charts. Export a presentation-ready PDF, or Markdown for your wiki. Team numbers only, never a leaderboard.
  • Knows who’s on holidayConnect Google Workspace and Out of office shows up where it matters: the assignee picker warns you, standup skips people who are away, and agents won’t hand them work. We only keep the dates.
  • Epics that track themselvesGroup work across teams and boards into an epic. Its progress adds itself up, and linking it to a roadmap milestone keeps the roadmap current with nothing to update by hand.
  • Your work in the terminalA keyboard-first app for Linux, with vim keys, that follows your terminal’s theme (made for Omarchy). My work, mentions, boards and backlogs: create, edit, move and comment on tickets, and follow along when someone runs a standup or refinement, without leaving the terminal.Get the terminal app →
  • Act on it from Google ChatThe Chat app tells you when you’re assigned, mentioned or asked to review, with buttons to start the ticket, comment, approve or send it back without opening TrackLin.es.Set up Google Chat →
  • Your tickets on a TRMNLPut your open tickets on a TRMNL e-ink display on your desk, using a read-only key that can’t change anything.Set up TRMNL →Get the recipe →
  • Customers stay in the loopShare a request form and a public roadmap; no account needed. They send bugs and ideas, see what’s coming, and hear back when something won’t be done.Try our request form →See our roadmap →

Built for AI agents

Your agents pick up tickets like teammates

Give an agent its own API key and it can read the board, claim the highest-priority ticket, move it along and leave a comment when it's done. Every change shows who made it, person or agent.

You stay in charge: on boards with review turned on, an agent's finished work waits for a person to approve it before it counts as done.

Connect Claude, Codex or any MCP client to the built-in MCP server and just ask it to pick up work. Prefer to script it? The same actions are a documented HTTP API, with the same permissions.

# connect Claude Code (or any MCP client)
claude mcp add -s user --transport http tracklines \
  https://api.tracklin.es/mcp \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer tl_ai_…"

# then just ask
> pick up the most urgent ticket on Backend

  list_backlog → claim_ticket → move_ticket
  … does the work …
add_comment "Fixed in #42, tests pass"
→ needs review: you approve, it's Done

Got an idea or found a bug?

Tell us on our own request form, no account needed, and see what's coming on our public roadmap. They're the same form and roadmap you can share with your customers, so you'll see exactly what they see.
